Regional Marketing Services:

  • Serve as ¡®the single point of contact¡¯ for his/her categories for Country Marketing Teams, when there are brand related questions, challenges that require coordination of communication and expert problem solving.

     

  • Develop regional packaging & regional graphic (as needed), internal new product information materials, product cost data base, AP graphic material data base.

  • Lead and Coordinate SKU Rationalization process, working with Country Marketing Team¡¯s. Set target SKU RAT working with Category product Manager, with approval of Marketing & NPD VP

     

  • Manage & track Marketing Services expenses such Marketing materials, Packaging Development, Research and Samples expenses to planned budget.

 

  • Key support in planning & preparation of Annual Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Meeting.

     

     

Regional New Product Development:

 

  • Support Category Product Manager to maintain effective data-base and filing system for new design/pattern records, color proofs, samples and other innovation related data.

  • Process AP sample requests as needed, for NPD and internal selling. NPD side; order samples from respective external parties, track the order and send them out to respective offices, distributors and designers.

     

  • Manage / Complete Project Initiation Requests (PIR¡¯s)

    • Country marketing that initiates the New Product (or Leading Market) is responsible for completing initial PIR, with best of their knowledge at the time.

    • Marketing Associate work with all the Country Marketing Teams to complete it and have it ready for submission.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Must be able to operate within global, dynamic matrix organization.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skill – in English, verbal & written

  • Must be able to travel internationally. Travel 2-3 times/year or more, 10 -14 days per travel. (travel requirement to be adjusted per business needs).

  • Ability to assess and develop new packaging & graphic. Strong sense of design and colors (related field experience preferred)

  • Ability resolve business challenges by defining issue and root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans internally and externally.

  • Packaging & graphic manufacturing process background to troubleshoot processes and propose efficiency improvements.

     

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor¡¯s Degree

  • Min 2 year experience in related field

  • Marketing Services  experience in a multi-national company

  • Category Experience preferred
