IT WEB/WAS Specialist (대리과장급)

Job Description

Ÿ   Manage WEB(Apache)&WAS(JEUS) through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.

Ÿ   Configure and maintain WEB&WAS and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Ÿ   Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

Ÿ   Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes

Ÿ   Assist developers with processes serviced in various channels.

Ÿ   Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.

Ÿ   Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after working hours.

Qualifications

Ÿ   5+ years JEUS Administration experience required. IIS/Apache administration experience required

Ÿ   Experience with EJB, JAVA development

Ÿ   Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools(Jennifer).

Ÿ   Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for WEB & WAS

Ÿ   Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory

Ÿ   Strong written and verbal communication in Korean/English.

Ÿ   Ability to organize and plan work independently

Ÿ   Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
