´ã´ç¾÷¹«  Major Responsibilities :

a.Achieve Korea¡¯s sales budget allocated.

b.Keep sales growing key account and world kitchen outlet at assigned territory market.
(Chung cheong-do south area)

c.Submit monthly & annual sales plan for assigned territory and assigned account to achieve target sales.

d.Submit sales forecast periodically in each store to achieve sales target assigned by channel accounts.

e.Submit the monthly call visit plan in assigned area and actively ute for store management plan.

f.Submit the market report for retail, improvement in store merchandising report, sales evaluation periodically.

g.Negotiate with store managers, implement sales promotions for maximizing actual off-take by consumer & develop for achieving business objectives by coordinating & negotiating trades.

h.Propose and ute sales & spending plan for sales programs planned as store based. And then, report the result vs Plan analysis.

i.Perform actively new product commercialization to meet the target assigned for new products.

j.Obtain sales regular space enlarged by maximizing listed skus with new products and non-distributed skus.

k.Coordinate WKK¡¯s Merchandising Scheme to be kept in accordance with our brand images e.g., product display, POP developments

l.Handle consumer claim issues in assigned market area.

m.Closely working with key account head-quarter managers for sales growth in territory where is difficult for WKK head office to handle

Purpose of Job:

a. To perform specifically designed sales activities for Local store in assigned territory, (Chung cheong-do), Mass account & outlet store in order to achieve country¡¯s short & long term business goals by managing retail accounts.

b.To develop & maintain close business relationships with retail trades in assigned territory in order to drive sales volume through designed sales promotion and to encourage & initiate new product commercialization at relative markets

c.To know and update overall market information regularly about assigned projects, channels and competitors


Major Responsibilities :

A.Promotion Plan & Product information to trades (retail stores) & SPR for brand understanding and communication with consumer if needed.

B.Launch new brands and new products to assigned accounts /channels.

C.Submit MBO according to Korea business growth plan on annual basis.

D.Other developmental projects at channels as assigned from time to time.

E.Special in store merchandising project uted.


Criteria for Performance Evaluation

A.Met sales target by accounts by brand

B.POS increase focused.

C.Increase regular sales space

D.New product launch($) in due and secure the shelf space for that

E.team works and closely communication with key account head-quarter managers
