´ã´ç¾÷¹«  The position is responsible for customer complaint management in general

1. Direct handling of customer complaints/°í°´¹Î¿ø ó¸®
2. Planning of customer complaint prevention/°í°´¹Î¿ø ¿¹¹æ °èȹ ¼ö¸³
3. Follow up the requirements from the regulators including reporting, analysing, etc/¹Î¿ø°ü·Ã ºÐ¼® ¹× ¸®Æ÷Æ® ±×¸®°í ¹ý±Ô¿¡¼­ ¿ä±¸ÇÏ´Â »çÇ× ¼öÇà
4. Coordinating with internal/ external bodies for complaints management/°í°´¹Î¿ø°ü¸®¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ³»¿ÜºÎÀûÀ¸·Î ´Ù¸¥ ºÎ¼­¿Í Çù¾÷
