• The position is responsible for supporting Head of Operations for the company’s overall Transformation initiatives including IPA(Intelligent Process Automation) and other business process changes to improve work efficiency. Coordination or Communications with internal or external relevant parties in Chubb as a PM(Project Manager); and Collaboration with business teams to develop new initiatives opportunities as a BPR(business process reengineering) consultant are included.
