| ´ã´ç¾÷¹« | RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct market survey on target market and analyze target customer & market to identify opportunity for new product/existing product improvement Supervise & manage new product concept and unique selling proposition development & maintenance activities during product life cycle Develop product penetration / launching plan by channel co-working with call center channel/digital channel and other teams in Marketing division Analysis/benchmark key market trends (Local & Overseas) Communication with Headquarter for products SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Educational background (Bachelor, Master, Doctors degree / Major) Above bachelor Experience More than 7 years of direct/indirect experience of insurance Experience in both of long term/short term casualty product is preferred Direct experience of product strategy & marketing in general insurance/life insurance companies is most preferred. Similar functions in credit card companies/foreign bank/telecommunication companies can be acceptable Good analytical skills & sense of responsibility Good English proficiency Build & maintain strong relationships with internal/external Ability to influence & drive consensus within cross functional teams COMPENSATION PACKAGE Negotiable |
