DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

2.  Years of experience: More than 7 years in area of insurance operation or statistics

3.     Knowledge, skills and abilities:

        - Insight into insurance industry

        - Wide understanding of insurance operations as billing, fulfilment and policy admin

        - Business English (mainly written) and excellent computer skill (Office and MIS)

-    planning team; billing, 기획, PI

-    Maintain: 빌링 업무, 빌링 프로세스 개선, 각종 통계 및 분석(sql)

-    Project: 전금법 보완, 자통법 런칭, 가상계좌 구축 및 인터넷 사이버창구 실시간인출 서비스 구축 KB스타클럽

-    (마케팅) 시스템 구축, PI(BPM) 구축 중

-    Report: 주간, 월간 보고자료 작성 및 각종 수시 분석자료(경영회의), 예산 분석 통계 및 분석

1. 자본시장통합법 시행에 따른 시스템 적용 - 은행코드 체계개편에 따른 全 은행 적용 테스트(실시간, 배치)

2. 가상계좌 도입 - 직납 수금업무의 효율성 증대

3. 사이버창구 납입 시스템 개발 - 사이버창구 실시간 입금(17개 은행) 시스템 구축

4. 그룹통합 로열티 제도 구축

5. 신상품 발주에 따른 시스템 개발 - 보전업무 사무처리지침 작성/보전/지급업무 시스템 개발

6. PI 프로젝트 수행 지원 - 제지급 프로세스/VOC 프로세스 개선

7. 보험료/대출이자 수금 업무 및 빌링프로세스 개선 - 계속보험료/보험계약대출이자 Billing 업무 지원

8. ING zodiac 프로젝트 및 KPI 보고 - 보전/지급 KPI 보고 및 bi-monthly teleconference 참석

9. 통계 분석 및 보고서 작성 - 정기보고: 경영회의/월간 보고 - 비정기보고: 통합로열티 보험고객분석/해약 분석
