2. Key Job Accountabilities
To contribute to the growth of a brand on the market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product(s).
? Set up strategic MKT plan to implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Develop competitive new product launch plans & maintain continuous growth of existing pillar products with strategic communication mix including PR/AD/Digital/Promotions.
- Execute the local adaptation of creative materials; direct mailing/leaflets/POP, etc..
- Lead to improve retail productivity through revolutionizing visual merchandising at point of sales, service training for sales force, and store specific events and promotions, which have set new standards in the industry.
? Market & Competitor analysis
- Analyse market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
- Lead market research projects to deepen understanding of the local customer and the trend;.
? Involvement in product development & Global communications
- Provide input in developing Korea-specific products reflecting the local market needs with the L’Oreal Lab in Japan
- Actively interact with global & relevant teams of market needs/feedbacks
3. Qualifications
? Age Range (Preferred) : 30↑
? Education : Min. University graduate
? Experience: Cosmetic industry ? product manager role for more than 6~7 years
? Language : Fluent in English
? In-depth sensitivity to L’oreal metier
? In-depth knowledge of beauty/consumer products, category, market
? Knowledge of local retail(department store channel) dynamics and environment
? Knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers
? Creativity to produce creative communication materials
? Interactive communication skills
? Positive attitude/Strong ownership
? Fluency in English and/or French
? Knowledge of the brand
