 REQUIREMENTS

l Over 2 years' experience in Korea non-life or life insurance in product development area

l Capability to analyse P&L

l Capability to understand and handle experienced policy and claim data

l Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or similar

l Preference for English fluent

l LONG-TERM PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Ø New products, Enhanced products, Yearly Re-pricing and Renewal product

Ø Detailed tasks

-     Generate idea, Market research, Product design

-     Develop new risk rates, Re-price existing risk rates

-     Policy wording and calculate PV

-     Profit & Loss ratio analysis

-     KIDI/FSS approval

-     Support RO/COG Approval

-     Sales Preparation

-     Monitoring

l GENERAL TASKS

Ø Sales report

Ø Customer survey

Ø Product disclosure

Ø FSS quarterly report

Ø KIDI Raw data gathering
