Job Description

Job Overview :
Carrying the strong success in Japan  has ambitus plan expanding its footprints into the Asia Pacific. To meet its growing business requirements in Korea,  is now seeking out for experienced, bright, high-performance Channel Sales Manager.

Reporting to the Country Sales Director, the position is responsible building and executing effective channel management strategies for Korea.. He/she will work closely and partner with our distributor and channel partners (existing and potential) to ensure smooth execution on all aspects of post-sales operations from fulfillment onwards.

In addition, he/she will also be responsible for the sales activities and following up on the qualified leads generated from various channel and achieve assigned sales target.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for channel sales activities for Korea.
• Build and execute effective channel management strategies to maximize business opportunities and sales with distributor.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and potential channel partners.
• Partner closely with channel partners and ensure smooth execution on all aspects of operations (fulfillment, delivery, post-sales services, etc.).
• Support channel eco-systems in developing and closing deals through channel lead generation initiatives, direct engagements, POC projects, and other sales engagements.
• Build an understanding of the business requirements/strengths of our partners, whilst working closely with internal teams to guide the direction of product offerings.
• Involve in key customers business negotiations
• Achieve assigned sales target through channel businesses

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above
• 13+ years relevant working experience in technology marketing/ sales
• Solid experience in distributor/ reseller (within technology field) management and development
• Experienced in working in startup environment would be advantageous
• Strong network/ understanding in hotel services, property & facility management is highly desirable
• Smart, action-oriented and result driven
• Top class communication and presentation skill
• Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office Suit
