Digital and eCommerce Manager

 

MAIN PURPOSE
•To assist Marketing Manager to achieve the marketing objectives by conceiving, preparing and executing marketing strategic program based on the current marketing plan



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan & Execute monthly each online mall¡¯s promotions to target sales goal
Introduce new products and negotiate for more opportunities
Be responsible for optimization of e-contents including banners, promotion pages, product pages
Handle the agency who works for product listing, package and giveaway design
Track and Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and be able to suggest the proper mitigation plans
Regularly make data documents and analyze data to find out proper implications
Work collaboratively with the support team across brand, customer service, planning and logistics to ensure the customer needs and to achieve all objectives
Follow up global and local e-business projects
Prepare yearly Marketing objectives and strategies
Oversee forecast to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels.
Regularly check excess inventory status and implement plans to reduce excess inventory.
Forecast new launches based on product study and market, consumer research.
Forecast, manage samples and develop sampling strategy for each star pillars.
Develop marketing strategy and program for each category, star pillars
Help execute marketing calendar and monthly programs
Gather and analyze performance of competitors¡¯ products.
Develop product concepts based on global strategy and local customers¡¯ needs
Prepare product category performance analysis

Continuously drive sales and conversions to achieve eCommerce aspirations through SKUs assortment, bundling and promotions
Manage and align content across all e-business touch points to ensure the best digital customer journey: e-merchandizing, category groupings, site search filtering and categorization
Manage e-Business budget to ensure the best ROI

 

REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor¡¯s Degree in related field
•More than 6 years of digital marketing and eCommerce or related experience
•Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing
•Passionate about beauty and fashion and eager to find new trend and develop concepts.
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments
•Highly organized and calendar driven with the ability to handle many important tasks simultaneously.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
