- Manage & support team as Team Leader

- Train the team members

2. New Sales Production

- Sales production through P&C Agencies/Brokers (Property&Casualty, Group Policy, etc.)

- Achieve assigned new sales production target

3. Agency Management

- Manage & support existing agencies and develop new agencies

- Monitor agencies’ production & sales quality and closely communicate

- Support training for agencies regarding products, commissions, etc.

- Establish sales promotion plan for each agency

- Plan new business with agencies
