 Job Description

• Co-ordinate and participate in the implementation of new business initiatives that have system development / enhancement needs
• Work with Product Owner / Project team in Regional Office to create and manage the project scopes, and ensure stakeholders objectives are met
• Ensure a smooth system delivery through collaboration with all stakeholders in related functions and participate actively, supporting project needs in line with system development life cycle
• Be flexible and adopt new Agile practices and new ways of working
• Work closely with Business parties to deliver quality Business Requirements, document and bridge the communication gaps between Business and Technology.
• Ensure new system changes work seamlessly with business process, and balance risk, effectiveness and efficiency in system and process design
• Implement solution and work with technical architects and development teams to confirm with Chubb standard
• Ensure solution align with IT strategy and principles, and comply with regulatory obligations
• Guide teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of Project Manager/IT Delivery/Business Analyst experience and IT background are required
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different groups of stakeholders including both external and internal
• Solid experience in in collaborating with relevant business units and functions in project delivery
• Strong team player who also has abilities to work under pressure, independently and proactively and can lead diverse teams to delivering business/customer outcomes
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of system Infrastructure, Network, Application and Security on Insurance or Finance industry
• Knowledge of system interfaces with other finance industry and management Information systems would be an advantage
• Good understanding on the SDLC and Agile project management framework
• Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges
• Fluent English communication skill
