[외국계 개발 운용사] 사업총괄 부장급 채용

Key Accountabilities:

·     Support the implementation of the business development and transaction strategy

·     Lead industry and market research to support the development of investment strategies or identify transaction opportunities

·     Support the investment thesis and identification of value creation strategies and assist in developing ideas for a transaction / deal structure

·     Lead the financial due diligence process including overseeing modeling and valuation and analysis prepared by junior colleagues

·     Working with development teams, lead the execution of the due diligence process for a transaction that supports the validation of the business case supporting an acquisition and identify key risks

·     Working with legal, tax and other internal development/operational teams, lead the transaction execution process

·     Prepare investment committee presentation material and other transaction documents (bid letter, proposal, MoU etc)

·     Work in a flexible, dynamic, and team-oriented working culture that fosters collaboration, personal development and mentoring and skills development of junior colleagues

·     Conduct confidential/cross-border projects as required

·     Network and develop new investment ideas to grow the business

·     Contribute to a flexible, dynamic, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude; and, Special projects as required.

Candidate Profile

·     5-7 years of experience with a top investment banking or asset management/private equity investing background and relevant market knowledge encompassing familiarity with merger and acquisition, project & corporate financing, project/asset valuation, buyouts, credit analysis, and distressed-for-control situations

·     Deep knowledge of and working experience in infrastructure and energy industries, particularly with deal experience in renewable energy sector with strong understanding of full cycle of the infrastructure/renewable asset (development – construction – operation)

·     High level of proficiency in due diligence (legal, technical, insurance andmarket) is must

·     Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability;

·     Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment;

·     Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly and to manage changing priorities;

·     Strong stakeholder, negotiation and relationship management skills;

·     Self-motivated, results-driven, entrepreneurial and proactive with strong organizational skills;

·     Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization;

·     Exceptional quality standards and an ongoing desire to push for new approaches and insights;

·     Self-motivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is must;
