−         P&C Business Reporting for Management

−         Annual Planning: Overall annual planning process management

−         Data Literacy and Quality Improvement: Utilize internal data systems with full understanding of mechanism & characteristics of each system.

−         Market & Industry Research and Understanding

w   Qualification

−         4+ years in General Insurance or Financial Industry is preferred

−         Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (i.e. Macro, VBA etc.) is preferred

−         Experience in portfolio management role in an insurance company is preferred

−         Progress in Actuarial Exams equivalent to SOA Exam P/FM/MFE pass and ready for CAS Exams is preferred

−         Proficiency especially in written English
