RoleOverview:

The main responsibility for this position is data research on insurance market/product relatedresearchareas and products tohelp discoveryofnewbusinesses.

KeyDutiesandResponsibilities:

·          Coordinate New Initiatives projects ; create and communicate progress reports; createpresentationsonprojectstatus,schedules projectteammeetings,preparesprojectteammeeting agendas andtakes minutes.

·          Maintains contact with various team members such as Business Development Team orProduct Development Team. Produces detailed reports and notifications as appropriate.Coordinatesinspections andreport progress ofthe work.

·          Conductsrelevantmarketresearchandcoordinatesrelatedresearchactivities.

·          Facilitates informationsharingofkeydocuments andknowledgewiththeregion.

·          Research new practices, technologies, or methods within the Asia Life Insurance marketplacebymatchingemergingplatformsacrossmarketsandexistingpartnerships 

·          Find new Blue Sky opportunities and once protype completed, hand off to localbusinesses.Workcloselywiththe localofficesandexternalpartiesto arriveat newinitiativesthatwillgenerateprofitablerevenuefor inthefuture.

·          Supportidentifyingopportunitiesacrossindustryforpartnerships&drivedevelopmentofthose relationships (joint ventures, strategic partnerships, acquisition opportunity,healthcareinnovation,accelerators,etc.).

·          Establishcollaborativeresearcharrangementsacross tobringnewideastomarket.

Requirements:

·          Universitydegreeorequivalentexperience

·          Above3yearsofexperiencein Marketing/Communicationfield

       Knowledge of insurance product (especially mortality/Morbidity products) ispreferred

·          AdvancedWord,Excel andPowerPointskills

·          Investigative,analyticalandproblemsolvingskills

·          Openminded,curiousandchallengeablecharacter

·          Goodoralandwrittenskills
