Job Description

-       Work with Product Owner / Project team in Regional Office to create and manage the project scopes, and ensure stakeholders objectives are met

-       Ensure a smooth system delivery through collaboration with all stakeholders in related functions and participate actively, supporting project needs in line with system development life cycle

-       Co-ordinate and participate in the implementation of new business initiatives that have system development / enhancement needs

-       Work closely with Business parties to deliver quality Business Requirements, document and bridge the communication gaps between Business and Technology.

-       Ensure new system changes work seamlessly with business process, and balance risk, effectiveness and efficiency in system and process design

-       Implement solution and work with technical architects and development teams to conform 

-       Ensure solution align with IT strategy and principles, and comply with regulatory obligations

-       Guide teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary

Qualification

-      4 ~10 years of Project Manager or IT delivery experience

-       University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

-       Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different groups of stakeholders including both external and internal

-       Solid experience in in collaborating with relevant business units and functions in project delivery

-       Strong team player who also has abilities to work under pressure, independently and proactively and can lead diverse teams to delivering business/customer outcomes

-       Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

-       Knowledge of system Infrastructure, Network, Application and Security on Insurance or Finance industry

-       Knowledge of system interfaces with other finance institutes and management Information systems would be an advantage

-       Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges

-       Fluent English communication skill
