[¼öÀÔÈ­ÀåÇ°ºê·£µå]e-Key Account Manager, Cosmetics & Fragrance

MAIN PURPOSE

To drive the efficient & excellent ECOM activities. And it is a role that analyzes and suggests of Sell-out / Sell-in trends.

The E Key-account manager will analyze sales, platform media performance, and execute digital strategies for product demand and continuous online growth as well as customer management activity. The qualification of this position is experienced in leading, and development and implementation of sales based on short & long-term perspective.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor and enhance the online sales activity

  • Ensure User Experience of the ECOM channel including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
  • Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce¡¦)
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

2. Manage Competitive, market and best practices intelligence

  • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
  • Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers

3. Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation

  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones
  • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements
  • Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation
  • Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors

4. Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand¡¯s online presence.

  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand¡¯s visibility and improve sales performance
  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner¡¯s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

5. Oversee Performance Marketing Initiatives

  • Responsible for driving performance marketing strategies to enhance online sales including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data and make actionable recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Previous experience in managing major online retailer accounts such as Olive Young online mall, ssg.com, GSShop is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with others.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends, sales numbers, and customer behavior.
